Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed & shipped to the address you provided. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible – usually within 3-7 days after your order is confirmed. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification (with your unique tracking code) via email or text message to notify you. If for some reason you did not get a tracking number, simply send us an email us at support@nilefisher.com and we will have it sent to you as soon as we can. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 2-4 days for your order to processed, and an additional 3 days for it to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world and speed at this stage is dependent on the number of orders they have to process on any given day. Overall, all shipping is dependent on a number of factors that may or may not be within our power to control. So, please allow up to 2-5 weeks your order to reach you. Sometimes, depending on your location relative to our warehouse, your order might get to you in less time than stated.

 

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Also, our relatively cheap to free shipping means we have to use discount parcel companies that we trust will get your orders to your door as fast as possible.

 

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one… what’s happening?

A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately.
